2026 Festival

The dates for the 25th Portsmouth Maritime Folk Festival are September 26–27, 2026Follow our YouTube channel for the livestream during the festival.

Volunteers Needed: A ship can’t sail without a crew!

We have a number of volunteer positions that need hands! Most of them are at the festival venues, so you can listen to our excellent performing artists while supporting the festival.
Use the link below to join our crew of mighty volunteers that keeps the festival sailing through all weather!

Housing will be provided to volunteers at one of two camping locations or at a nearby hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.
We also do a festival brunch on Sunday to show our appreciation for the volunteers and performers!

If you have further questions, please reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator, Lynz Morahn, at volunteers@pmffest.org
