Two days to go! And… whew, the weather.
THE FESTIVAL IS ON. We have scaled it back due to the weather. There is a gale watch in effect for Portsmouth from Friday morning until Sunday night, and we do not expect that many people are going to want to wander from one venue to another.
We are finalizing the new details with our venue hosts, but the plan is to have two indoor venues on Saturday and one on Sunday. The daytime programming will be a bit denser; we no longer need fifteen minutes between blocks to move between venues. The concert will still be at the North Church Saturday evening. The Sunday programming will still start with the hymn sing at noon and conclude with the grand finale chantey blast.
We will be live-streaming one of the venues as well as the concert, so if you don’t feel like venturing out—and we don’t blame you—you can join us online.
