- Attendance will be limited at the Saturday evening concert. Free tickets for the concert will be available in advance. In the unlikely event that concert attendance is below capacity, walk-ins will be admitted.
- Concert audience must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination at concert check-in, and must be masked while indoors. Masks will be available for those who need them while supplies last.
- The concert hall windows will be open, regardless of weather. It may be cold. Attendees should prepare accordingly. If the weather is such that the windows cannot be safely opened, the concert will be canceled.
- Daytime events will be outdoors (or in the very-well-ventilated Moffatt-Ladd House warehouse). Masks and distancing at these events are encouraged, but PMFF does not control the venues and cannot enforce this.
- People with recent exposure to, symptoms of, or a recent positive test for COVID-19 (or any other serious communicable disease) should not attend. Some of the programming will be streamed live online, along with online-exclusive content. Anyone who is at elevated risk or uncomfortable attending in-person events is encouraged to take advantage of the online content.
